Just did a timing belt, water pump service at a Toyota Dealership in Southern US for $1400, was ready same day. Toyota/dealer is a fair option if OP goes that route.

Thanks guys, I pressure tested the system and found the leak at the top of the hose (hose meets thermostat housing inlet). I was able to stop the leak by re-adjusting the hose and clamp but ordered new ones anyway (was bolt clamp and not OEM). Thank you!
