    SPOTTED

I think I know (of) this guy. If it's the same rig I'm thinking of. He's a metal fabricator and has a shop here on Belgrade. I've dealt with his dad who is super nice. He may or may not have my old 87 4runner.

Tool loaner thread… not for mooches.

It's for a ZF6 out of a Ford with the Tcase. Probably around 400lbs without looking up specifics. Might try an approach tomorrow that does not require it. I appreciate the offer amd will update if I need it for certain.

    Weekend drives

Might join the boys out of Helena tomorrow morning for their monthly trail ride if anybody is interested in convoying up with me. Head out of Belgrade pretty early. Probably around 7am if if we do go. Let me know if you're interested and I can pass on my contact info and details.

Anyone have a 1500lb or 2000lb engine stand? (Minimum would be 1250lb) Mine is a little light duty for what I need. I would need it this coming weekend (Feb 16) and will probably need it for a week, two tops. I'm pulling a 7.3 and mines only rated for 750lbs and I'm not much of a gambling man...

Maudlow to Ringling may be out with that time constraints. Unless it's an early start and no issues. It's a haul just to come back around. Flathead might be a better candidate especially if you can make it over. You'll already be on the right side of the range.

For Flathead, are you thinking from this side of the valley over or start on the backside (Bridger) side of things?

There's the Maudliw to Ringling route in the area as well.

I've got a cherry picker, engine stand, jacks, and a fairly extensive assortment of mechanic tools to complete most basic repairs, maintenance, and modifications. Depending on my schedule I may have heated shop space available.

    406 Cruiser Heads - Introductions

I guess I should make it official and join the chat, it’s been a while since I’ve regularly participated in a forum. My name is Andreas and I’m local to the Belgrade area. I got to meet some of you folks the other night at the monthly meeting at MAP as well as a Ringing Rocks trail ride last...
