Hi John, Mine is worn about .050" It looks like it should measure around .340 to .350 thickness at the fork surface. I have attached a couple of photos showing the wear. How would pay you?
Any chance you have the small fork that fits the vacuum diaphragm assembly?

Wanted High / Low shift fork for Transfer case , for 1966 3 speed transfer case. I have a 1966 FJ40 3 speed transmission. I believe this fork fits all 1958 to 1980 3 or 4 speed transfer cases.
