    1995 80-Series Stock 3rd-Row Jump Seats: What's a Fair Selling Price?

Aaaahhh...I'm blind. I looked for a classifieds section before posting over the weekend and completely missed it! I've posted an ad there! Thanks for the tip!

FREE  Austin, TX: 1995 80-Series - 3rd-Row Seats, Tan, Leather

Hi All, I ended up selling my 1995 80 and forgot that I still had the 3rd-row seats in storage. They're now taking up needed space in my garage, and I've tripped over them once and scraped my shin on the brackets twice, so I'm hoping someone in the Austin, TX area on here might take these...

    1995 80-Series Stock 3rd-Row Jump Seats: What's a Fair Selling Price?

Well this is odd. I posted a reply here over the weekend about my seats. Offered them up to anyone local for free, or better still, a 12pk of Dr. Pepper, and added a couple of images, but now the post is gone. Even checked back a couple of times for replies, and it was still up, but not any...

    1995 80-Series Stock 3rd-Row Jump Seats: What's a Fair Selling Price?

Hi All, I'm looking to sell my 1995 80-Series stock jump seats. I don't think they were ever used much at all by the original owner, and I pulled them out straight away when I bought the truck. They've just been spending time in storage and in the garage, so I've decided to let 'em go. I won't...

Alas, I think it is time to sell my 80. Looking for a bit of advice.

Thanks all for the advice. As suggested by some, I think I'll take it to the shop to get a diagnosis on what's what with the coolant leak and any other potential issues, then make a decision once I have more info.

Alas, I think it is time to sell my 80. Looking for a bit of advice.

Hi All, A combination of a number of various circumstances has made it necessary to part ways with my 1995 LC. I know you guys like details, so here's what I have off the top of my head. Apologies for the incompleteness. 1995 Forest Green w/ 201,680 miles. Always serviced by Land Cruiser...

I think this might actually be the best thread on this entire forum!

Now this is odd: Truck running fine, parked it, came back out and completely dead: shift locked up, nothing works...

Well, now I feel dumb! I immediately went to thinking of more complicated potential issues, and completely forgot to check the darn battery terminals! The positive terminal had worked its way loose. My post was the equivalent of tossing the entire house looking for my phone or keys when they...

Now this is odd: Truck running fine, parked it, came back out and completely dead: shift locked up, nothing works...

So I was out with the truck, running perfectly fine up until yesterday. Stopped by a convenience store on way home and when I came back out the rig was dead in the water. Shift locked up, no response when key in ACC mode, etc. Complete black out. I did the manual override of the shift-lock and...

How bad is this coolant leak and where might it be coming from?

Hi all, I've got a nasty coolant leak but I'm not exactly sure of the cause or where it's coming from. It sounds (loud hissing) like it's coming from inside the area circled in the image below. Below that is a YouTube video of what's happening down below. Any thoughts on what might be the...

    New speakers for fj80

I also put the TS-G1645R speakers in all four doors, but was able to retain the factory grills. It's been a while, but I think it was by modifying the plastic mounting thingy with a dremel tool to remove the center backing, which allowed the speaker to sit further back so the original grill...

    So I Plastidipped My Wheels...

Haven't done much to my 95 LC in a while, aside from some recent maintenance and repairs courtesy of Land Cruiser Specialists here in Austin (absolutely great shop and staff, but man I gotta learn to wrench, because LC work ain't cheap!), however last weekend I decided to Plastidip the wheels...

Central Texas Folks - I Need a Land Cruiser Tutor!

Hey All, This might sound silly, and definitely embarrassing to ask, but I'm wondering if any of you LC experts in the Central Texas (I'm in Austin) area would be willing to be a 'Land Cruiser Tutor' and help me with a few repair projects, and repairs and maintenance in general? I've had my...

How Bad Might This Be? - Smoke and Burning Smell In Rear Wheelwell

Update - Apparently it's the wheel seal leaking. We got called by Florida to possibly deploy for Hurricane Irma, so I swung by Cruiser Specialists here in Austin and they were kind enough to give it a quick look for me. They can fix it fast, but unfortunately I can't afford it right now so it'll...
