    I bet you have some high spots or burr's on your hubs. I had the same issue. Took a grinder to the high spots. The spacers now fit flush.

    Melted Diff Lock Harness 1999 LC

    Do you have any suggestions for one trying to replace the rear harness? I tried following the harness with my hand, but lost it over the left frame/ cross member junction. Is this where the connectors are located? thanks, -SR5BFG
