I would pay 46K CAD ( 33,800 USD ) for a truck if it met those specs. Sounds like it has been modified quite a bit? That would be the only thing that would give me pause. sometimes heavily modified trucks can be a nightmare because of the way they get chopped up.

vacuum piping and Fuel Tank & tube pretty easy to source those from generic auto parts store bulk rolls of fuel vapor safe tubing(vac hose) or fuel line. if your concerned about the age just replace them. not sure parts diag for ref...
