I agree. Apparently, that was part of the dealer's solution the first time. As I understand it, the immobilizer module is under the glove compartment. If I can remove it, it will be removed. Still trying to figure that out.

My '11 LX570 has immobilized itself twice now in the last 6 monthes. In case this hasn't happened to you, the immobilizer prevents you from starting the car by limiting the voltage going to the fuel pump. There are probably a few other things as well. The first time, I 'think' it was related...

Mine is working OK but I am now using it with the cord. My major issue is that the screen goes on and off all the time. It doesn't impact the sound but it's annoying.

I did this about 6 months ago. If you are replacing the covers it's crazy not to invest in new seat foam, at least on the bases. Good job!

I did not see an issue but it is important enough for me to get a second opinion. Also, accumulator globes just arrived so that's on the list as well.

Before I bought my 100, I looked at a few 80s. The cool factor is there but way too underpowered for me and I also never found the right one. Loved the 06 100 for a few years and traded it for an LX570. Very happy with it.
