    Carburetor vent...

I'll send again. I've never had this problem on mud. Guess it is the same gremlin my carburetor has. Ebay? I'm thinking you meant i8mud? Ebay is not my friend since they started charging state tax, a man can only take so much.

    Carburetor vent...

I just did a vacuum check off of the intake. After a warmup vacuum is between 17.5 and 18.0. I don't know what the factory spec is. Throttle blips and it comes to rest at those numbers when settled. Any thoughts? Downey, I'll send you a PM. scoutingranch is correct...small s

    Carburetor vent...

Yes, the idle solenoid was working on the original carb. Then changed over to the NOS. That one has no solenoid on it. It's just a plain ol' SD40, small window. simple design. No extra nothing on it. I reckon I'll find someone in town or look until I find the right person. It's hard to...

Wanted Need some FJ Advice: West Coast buyer

SDwagonguy. Hunting old cars is knowledge obtained thru years of experience and it's easy to get spanked. Don't be in a hurry, and yes, buy from Western states. Your price points may be a little on the weak side but since folks have lost jobs you may be in a good position. I don't buy any...

I don't have an extra, but, did you find one? Try over the FJ40 tech section. Yep, there are some oddities with these things.

For Sale 1965 Toyota Landcruiser in ME

One thing I notice. When everyone has tried to "educate" me on the correct color of my seat upholstery as being coral but now looks brown from age I know they are wrong. Here is yet another vehicle with the brown upholstery. I have pictures of other FJ40's with the same color...BROWN, not coral
