It has taken longer than expected for sure, but Dave has made great progress, and the kit is like 95% complete. He has been providing updates via text to the group that has purchased the kit. Likely looking at having my kit in hand by the end of August.

$6.5k including axles (note, the axles aren’t RCV; going to take a couple weeks to get those). Shocks will vary depending on what you want.

I spoke to Dave at Savage and am #5 on his list.

One-off axles from RCV are ~$1.8k.

Spoke to Savage Fab today. Sounds like their kit is alot more progressed than Kamono's. Per my discussion with him, once he gets the first 10 kits sold, he has pretty strong confidence that RCV will make him axles. However, he has a fab guy that he will use as a backup.

Mind sharing the cost for that kit as well as how much you have to put down to get on the list and the expected timeline for completion?

I sent him a message with a long list of questions in order to figure out which path to go. Any idea when that kit will be ready to go? Not sure if we are talking weeks or months.

How am I supposed to decide between the Kamono and the Savage kits ugh haha

Will that kit also be readily available in the market or will it just be a one off?
