    Anyone running Method 703's?

Sorry, realize this a few months old. 703's fit. The center cap on the front doesn't though, maybe that's why they took it off. @BenCC is making some center caps though (Builds - Benjamin’s 3D Prints Build - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/benjamins-3d-prints-build.1171700/post-15064018).

Thanks for detailed response and info @IndroCruise . Dealer said they were out but can get it by tomorrow. My wife's cousin works for Toyota and he confirmed the plastic bottles have been discontinued and unopened stock from the dealer were to be returned as of December 2021. The 2.5L cans...

AHC Fluid Change How To -- Need Input

I tried searching multiple dealership and online websites for suspension fluid, and every site says its discontinued. Is this a recent development? Are you guys able to find it elsewhere? The places that do have it (ebay) I'm seeing it for $85 for the 2.5L can.

    Anyone running Method 703's?

I really like those 705's. I bought the 703's awhile back, at the time they were the highest offset (35mm) I could find. I thought I might experiment with these center caps for the 703s: Gorilla Automotive HC202STBC Gorilla Hub Covers | Summit Racing -...

LX470/100 Series Doug Thorley Headers Install Tips, Tricks, Lessons, Parts List, and Tools

The 05-06 are a little different with the secondary air tube. They didn't have as much room to go up, so the tubes project out and down more vs. the standard ones I think. Hence, issues with the motor mount and control arm mount. Those look great, though. I haven't noticed anything too...

LX470/100 Series Doug Thorley Headers Install Tips, Tricks, Lessons, Parts List, and Tools

I ended up installing some fender washers between the block and the motor mount along with slightly longer bolts to compensate. This netted probably 1 mm of clearance between the header and the control arm mount when hot (2-3 mm when cold). It took a little effort to get the motor mount to...

LX470/100 Series Doug Thorley Headers Install Tips, Tricks, Lessons, Parts List, and Tools

Also, there isn't much clearance above the driver's motor mount either.

LX470/100 Series Doug Thorley Headers Install Tips, Tricks, Lessons, Parts List, and Tools

Anybody else have the driver's side DT header rub on the upper control arm mount? This bothers me but it's kinda late to do anything about it at this point. This is on an '06 LX. I did the passenger side myself but took it to a shop for the driver's side. Shop told me I needed motor mounts...

Can you provide photos of your install and how you mounted it? Also how you mounted the reservoir. I'm thinking of doing the same thing. Thanks.

SOLD  AHC Rear Suspension Coils (100-Series LX470 / Land Cruiser )

I was going to replace the rear coils on my 2000 LX470 but I ended up selling it. I have had them sitting in my garage, unopened, for a couple of years now. These are Toyota OEM parts, still brand new. They are only for 100 series Land Cruisers and LX470's equipped with AHC. Part Numbers...

    CV joint clunk (newb)

Thanks for the input. I took it down to a Toyota dealer today since I found a few other issues, which they confirmed and then some... Turns out the free play in the steering was due to the steering rack bushings (which I knew ahead of time thanks to this board), in addition all of the...

Hi All, Want to say this forum has a wealth of information and very helpful. I found a few threads that I think provided the answer I'm looking for, but thought I'd ask anyway to make sure... I just got a 2001 LX470 with 176k on it. This will mostly be my wife's daily but will also use for...
