Bump on this thread, i bought a H151 box from a guy that didn’t know what year the vehicle it came out of was. It was supposed to have bad bearings. I have now taken the box apart and it looks like i have a box from 08/1996 … at least my synchros look like the ones from a late model box on...

Does anybody know if this will fit a 1991 hdj ? Mine does not have the bigger one with the gauges, just a small one with a map light and the sunroof switches. I mean does the bigger one not need different mounting points ?

I have not seen this manual before, but okay that settles this then, the trucks both have the same last letter (W) so they are both set up for the same market. Both are factory turbo, but do not share the same flywheel.
