1999 LC stalling out NOT in normal driving or stop and starts but when changing gears to park or move from reverse to drive. Fuel pump shows 44 psi just changed filter and still does it. Faint gas smell comes and goes. AI says to check IAC, vacuum, maybe canister. Anyone ever has this happen...
