We loaded up the Cruiser to escape the omnipresent smoke in Northern Arizona and turned east. Destinations were the Hannagan Meadow area, then down across the Blue River and eastward into New Mexico to the edge of The Gila wilderness. Life is better in the summer at 9000 feet, that’s for sure...

We have been downwind of the smoke for the past several days in Flagstaff. At least one of our Cruiser family is on “set” stage for evacuation. Hoping for calmer winds in the coming days.

@Living in the Past : Thread hijack on… No wheel spacer needed. I just had to clearance the inside of the hubcap of the front wheels with a Dremel to get the fit right. Any Sequoia or Tundra wheel from 2007-2021 should work. Different wheels will have different lug styles (steel vs alloy...

@Living in the Past , yes… N Side of the SF Peaks. I’ve sold those same wheels, lugs, and with nearly new AT tires for $600 a set . Our local Toyota dealer used to sell take off Tundra wheels and tires for $2-300/set, and the AZ Tundras FB group is another great source.
