Update: So I did the 30k oil in the Landtank modified fan clutch and sure enough I still hit 220 on my test drive in the mountains. I'm surprised because it's definitely much harder to spin now by hand. I'm wondering if I added too much or too little oil. I was shooting for 50ml but wasn't able...

Tried and failed tonight. I pulled the sensor and did the same test drive and still got up to 222. This was also in the evening and it was only 60 degrees out so I’m going to say the cats are fine (the forward is brand new).
