ye ai am using the ford MC and that may be the problem. are you saying the 100 series MC can bolt until the ford hydro?

ok tks for the info, i used chat gpt to find out the ford psi as i couldn't find that info otherwise and thats what it reported.

are you using the factory load valve in rear? i removed mine completely and used a brake bias unit

the low PSI output of stock pump is the other limiting factor when u go hydro boost. the marks sized hydro is your best bet. the larger vehciles like the ford ect needs 1500-1800 psi to work properly. our pumps at 1200 max

when i installed my hydro boost my rear calipers were not sliding properly so i had less than desirable braking. serviced the rear and it was like night and day. i had the same "wall" effect you having. have a look at caliper pins on all 4 corners and make sure piston ect moving smoothly

2017 ford f250HD. Brakes are WAYYY better i suspect if it gets any better then locking up will become a problem without abs. as it is right now its much better than stock.

yea, ended up being that the rear caliper were slightly seized and also the stock pump doesnt have enough PSI fo rthis ford hydro boost. a smaller one would have worked fine. i am getting enough brakes to lock all 4. but after a certain point the pedal pushes back as the psi not high enough

i did custom but i find the driver seat is slightly off... might have to go back and have them re align it

how has your experience been with the ceika front kit? happy? marginal difference?
