It may not be the best way, but I would Drill into head. Then use a hammer and chisel to pop it off , or an angle grinder if it fits in that space. The fortunate have an air chisel.
Thanks for the help Georg. If you notice how far out the pulley is on the shaft, if I would have pressed it all the way on it wouldn't have lined up with crank pulley and alternator . The pulley is about 3/4 of the way pressed on and I am going to add a bolt, and washer .. hope that works.
