What have you done to your Land Cruiser this week?

I finished the "Oh s*** bar" and got it installed. Installed the skid plate. Put the hard top and doors on. I had to install flares for tire clearance. Changed all the fluids. Aligned the front end. Ran through the whole vehicle checking all the nuts and bolts. Pretty much ready for the trip to...

I ordered all my ARB fittings etc. from West Coast Differentials in Sacramento. If they don't have it in stock they can have it dropped shipped to you. Great company to work with.

Here are some pics of the axle from my old LC that burnt in the storage fire and the lockers . Savable? We'll find out. I didn't take any pics of when I got done rebuilding them. But everything cleaned up, sealed up and looked good. Worth a shot.

Well, I've made a bit more progress on the Land Cruiser. The exhaust is done and I've been able to drive it around a bit. A few small issues to work out, small coolant drip, valve cover leak, but all in all, I am very pleased. The motor is STRONG! REALLY STRONG!!! Once warmed up it idles down to...

I finished up the winch today. I mounted the solenoid box in the engine compartment. I wired in the operating toggle switch in the dash. I can still use a remote if need be. I think I am going to add an arming switch though.

I got my battery box done and the fan mounted. If this thing runs cool enough with this set up, I'll tidy up the fan brackets. I can only hope. I mounted my MSD in the glove box. Started to wire everything and spent more money with Summit....uhg....I'm at the point where I'm getting hundred...

Mini truck master cylinder, which port is which?

Do a stop test at a very low speed. You might find that they are ok. Sitting without the motor running the pedal will be low. I ended up putting inline residual valves in my 70. They brought the pedal up dramatically.
