Looking at a low miles 2000 LX at a distance. Asked for photos of underside. Not my area of expertise as far as determining whether this is surface rust, or frame damage stay away rust. Appreciate all comments and experiences. Upper rt of bottom photo has me concerned.

ON the assembly it is stamped "HB3" which is the typical bulb, but that one does not fit. Starting to think this is a manufacturer error.
