I tried sheet metal and I was not happy with how it turned out, so I cut it out and used the tailgate.much better in my opinion.

I have the Fuji carb on my truck, I called city racer about the ethanol gas. Thy told me that ethanol free may not float the float properly. I only run ethanol free and have for years, the Fuji is more than a year old and no issues that I know of. My truck is my daily driver

At church this morning

Upgraded my console to teak, to match shift knobs and head liner. Changed seats to brown one from black and red, same kind as I had, from a Mini Cooper. Still planning to make a more matching cup holder. Also, made a steering wheel cover from seat leather from the back seats that I didn’t need.

Went to the gulches even park today with two sons and the olders family . Had a great time, except the mirror popped off and I scuffed my new paint. Was able to fix the mirror, the paint will probably wait until spring.

Those who rotate all five, do you do a circular or x pattern? And how often? I’m planning on each oil change ( 3-4000 miles) , and a circular pattern, spare to right rear and move others around clockwise.

Got some door cards made. I used 5mm plywood for the base and covered it with canvas drop cloth, then painted the lower portion based on the original pattern. Painted the speaker cover also, both with the exterior color.
