Thanks for the input guys I made it to a Toyota dealership, they should have the part tomorrow and fingers crossed it’s the right fix.

Ok I got code P1121 accelerator position sensor. It seems to be running fine now the warning lights have been cleared. I have 13 hours left on my drive, will this problem likely pop up again on the rest of my drive, do I need to get the part replaced asap? Thanks for the help.

on my 2001 LC I have the stock wheels (2" lift) and KO3 285/75/16's so far I'm pretty happy with this set up.

I have a new to me 2001 LC with 219,000 miles. As I make a list of what has and hasn't been done with regards to major part replacement I got to wondering about when folks had to replace their starter and did you have any warning before it went?

Agreed I will have to drill them out. Thanks for the P/N, was hoping someone might have a used one.
