Anyone able to tell me what engine angles I need to make it work. It will not fit with the VM588 angles. Does anyone need a weak VM588?

I have searched ebay with no sure fit. The Land Rovers I found all use the 4cyl. Eng. I have been searching alfa romeo that also uses the 588. Thanks

I am trying to find a thermostat for my BJ73 with VM588 5 cyl diesel. Spector could not help. Googled a lot with no luck tried Detroit Diesel in Florida (VM parts USA) and they did not list 588. Anyone know of a parts source for USA.

My turbocharged b in cold weather is a devil to get glowed correct. We took him for a fun ride tonight. It is in the 50s here in Illinois. My BJ 73 arrived in Montana today, can't wait to get home and drive it.

I took my turboed B on a pheasant hunt in Iowa yesterday. The FJ40 was a little squirrely to drive in the wind. I have new shocks coming, the old ones look to be leaking.
