When I install this "gas filter" part, does it need any type of sealant on the threads? Teflon tape, gasket material?

Mine is a 1997 and it shows/has 1 port.

What size tires are these? Lift looks good, guess 37" would fill the wheel wells better if these are in fact 35" tires.

Yes, I noticed this helped mine out a lot.

As noted by CharlieS above, it takes a lot of bleeding to get all of the air out, worked best for me to have engine off, key turned to ACC "on", wheels off the ground and turn lock-to-lock a million times with the reservoir cap off.

Probably doesn't help the OP, but.....My airbag light came on after my battery was disconnected for a few weeks, but it went away on its own after a few days of normal operation.
