ok, I’m not 100% sure what the problem actually was, but it was intake related. A previously taped intake hose, could have failed. Though it passed carb clean and propane tests. So maybe not. I re- taped it...
Yup. Timed correctly with te1 and e1 shorted.
Takes a good while for the rpm to drop to 650. Cold runs a little over 1k. Won’t drop below 900 just idling, need to drive it.
One thing I noticed last night, there is no cold start time switch. But that means there never has been in the 5 years...

2 things to look at if all your dash lights are out. Dimmer switch, and brake lights (dash and brake lights share a fuse, all your brake lights are dead... so are your dash lights. Safety feature of sorts on most older vehicles) just a thought.
Have a 60 series brown center console. Few imperfections, 1 small chip, and 2 minor cracks (see pics). Cup holder included, has minor seat belt wear on the side. Came with my 62, but for obvious reasons won't work. Would gladly trade for a 62 version, or even just the lid in good shape...
