Anyone in T.C. Up for recovering a 100 series stuck in the snow?

Sorry I just saw this, glad he got out. Saturday was tough for cars, light rain all afternoon. Great for sleds though.

Three FJ40's spotted in Traverse City

I just saw an article about that in the Elk Rapids paper.

    BJ40 4 Speed to 5 Speed Conversion

I have a 3B in a ‘74 with a 5 speed. Although I didn’t do the build I can tell you that highway driving 60-75 is comfortable if the rest of your chassis is Squared away. Floor mod is a must.

Nice looking Britt, glad you got him out. Where did you get that pup, did I help with that? Sorry to sidetrack on the thread but I'm a sucker for Brittanys. Truck is looking stellar.

Yes it is, note that it's a Canadian vehicle so KPH on top.

    66' R2.8 1BADRESTO

Badass build, very nice package. I respect the tasteful, well thought out resto-mod/updated FJ40. I just drove a few hundred miles with my '74/3B diesel/H55 - no drama, just a comfortable drive.

Thanks. I did not sell the race car so will need some assistance.

Thanks for the link to Garfield's site. Will have to check that out. You wouldn't happen to know a shop that can corner balance or competently work on a fairly serious road race car do you?

    How good are your wipers?

T.C. Ed, have not met Mr. Winkler yet, still in only a part timer on the Boardman, waiting on the sale of my house to full time it. Thread stealers.

    How good are your wipers?

Our Hex hatch has been weak. Have not started to fly fish at my new homestead yet, will start in the spring. Apparently my new neighbor is a well known fly rod guy, Bob Summers.

    How good are your wipers?

+1 on the Rainx, lots of experience with it in the race car as well. I would like to hear a report on the VW arms. Although I have a '74, my wipers are mounted on the bottom, they work poorly compared to any modern car, hence the reason for RainX. Heavy rain is time for a cocktail. Let's not...
