Strange, I was able to push that Volvo turbo to 13 PSI. 7-8 PSI cruising 100 kph. However I did not have an intercooler.

I have exactly the same turbo installed with 6cm housing. Good highway turbo. OK for city driving. You can try looking for stamped numbers on exhaust housing, it should have 6 or 7 at the end. Fantastic build btw!

When I tried to move accelerator link assembly it retracts fast enough as it should, but the engine keeps going and takes a bit of time to rev down. That's why I don't think it is spring issue. I will order it anyways and replace it just in case.
