Without pictures of your truck as it sits, opinions are difficult to offer! If stock, factory height and going to be kept that way… repair or repaint factory bumper covers as needed. Wheels are a personal taste endeavor… keep factory and refinish if needed!

Buy a spray can of fluid film before you coat the entire frame... make sure you can tolerate the smell.... Woolwax has no odor and stays on the frame longer...
