Hello all. Im chasing down a toyota 3b diesel OIL COOLER. Anyone have one i could buy? We had some deep freeze and mine cracked. Threw a freeze plug and fixed that only to find out the oil cooler cracked as well. Any help sourcing one outside Asia would be much appreciated. Thanks folks.

So it was the oil pressure wire, or at least what i believe to be the EDIC low oil wire that resides @ the oil pressure sending unit. It was dangling there and arcing off the motor mount. Capped it off and it resolved the problem. I remember reading, but cannot locate the thread, where a gent...

The diagrams are super helpful. I thought for sure it wasn't the EDIC but i was able to confirm that it is. OHM'd the 4 wires off the plug back to the relay and everything came back good. I imagine the short (if it is actually a short) is perhaps inbetween the relay and the steering column...

I wish it would do it at idle/neutral so i could poke around for voltage spikes/drops. but it just refuses to unless there is a load...? i'll check all the connectors and try and ohm them out best i can. still trying to determine where all the wires off the fuel relay connection terminate...

any pointers on how to wire in the edic? the wilson plug for glow is fairly straight forward but im nervous about the edic wiring. FJ60 to BJ60 both rigs are '84's. thanks

Im trying to figure out how to wire in the edic on my BJ to FJ60 conversion...? Do you know where i could find a diagram for the wiring? I'm sorta hell bent on making the edic work. If you have any links to point me towards, id appreciate it.

it stand for "glow" as in the Super Glow system that toyota used

So the fittings i purchased for the aftermarket water seperator were not tapered and therefore needed some plumbers tape. Bled it again and viola! Running great again.
