2008 LC- both L&R fog lights and side markers are not working, all OEM. I replaced the fog light relay, all fuses are fine as are the bulbs themselves. Anyone experience this before?

not to scare you but I used PB Blaster for a couple of weeks before I changed my shocks out. one of the valves loosened up the other did not, and i broke the bit off in the valve and had to have a nut welded to open it. thanks 40TUDE...how can you tell if the C clip is in the right position, its internal so cant be seen? do you just keep turning the shaft and hitting it with a hammer and chisel until it comes loose, hoping to get the propr position?
