Based on my experience with my 04 LX470 w/ Mark Levinson and the 6 disk CD changer. You have to physically push the cover up after pushing the eject button sometimes. Also when it hasn't ejected for me I find crappy roads and one or two on/off key cycles fix it. If that doesn't work let me know...

I second this, (note loosen enough to lift, no need to fully unbolt if mounts are good and you are not replacing them.) I'd also put some wood between your jack and whatever your lifting whether it be the engine, tranny, or a crossmember just to spread the the load. Hope I could help and Good Luck
