My 07 LX470 battery keeps dying. I noticed the nav screen was staying on with car off.

I am able to pull fuse 31 under the drivers side kick panel and nav screen goes off and parasitic draw stops on battery.

I figured there was an ACC relay somewhere to check next, but cannot for the life of me find one.

Any tips?

Oh man. From this picture (screenshot of video) it looks like relays are on the back of this fuse panel. That looks like a bitch to remove.

There is some condensation under there and I am wondering if this is all stemming from sunroof drain-> condensation -> bad relay.

It never hurts to clean the sunroof drains, I do so about once a year. Diagnosis steps from here is check fuses, make sure there aren't any shorts (looking for small ones in the block, your giveaway for this is either corrosion or continuity that shouldn't exist existing when checked with a multi meter) given the condensation, then pull one of the relays and see if the phantom drain goes away.
I noticed this thread is a month old, so if you fixed it already apologies for preaching to the choir.
