Shock Absorber "set" ?

Looking to replace shocks with OEM Toyota shocks, is a "set" two shocks or is it just the hardware along with it making it a set?

It's one shock plus washers, etc.

At that price, I strongly suspect that its per side. OEM shocks don't come with the installation hardware, hence the "set".

I believe it is one not both.
Note, IFIRC the torsion bars (and some other suspension components) are different between AHC and non-AHC in case that matters for you
