So, I'm sure it's mentioned somewhere else, but for the driver's side door, adding the relay downstream of the factory green relay disables the auto window function. If your green relay is no longer working, you're not gonna like the used price of $300 for one of those green window relays. If...
The seats are salvageable. I'd have a local shop recover the ripped seat bolster and the other front seat bolsters in a matching vinyl. The fabric can be cleaned. This is how you do it.
A pair of Cibie low beams with a pair of Stanley high beams included. $120 with shipping included in the U.S. only. Used them for a week before deciding to go LED. PayPal only.
Went ahead and installed the flow control fitting, as recommended. The highway boost is definitely more appropriate now. I appreciate the pioneers that have learned the hard way on this.
Finally found something instructive:

There's a pressure drop across the nozzle. Plan and simple.
I hear all the validations of the difference between flow and pressure. Nobody has still answered the question why there is a recommendation for reducing the flow as a solution to protect against excessive pressure. Technically the reducer will increase pressure on the pump side (which I guess...
My deal is that the flow restrictor is not a pressure reducer. It actually just reduces assist. If you want to reduce the peak pressure, there are kits for that. This just ain't it.
I've seen this mentioned in the Trail Tailor's DINGO build. But I can't get much explanation. The GM P-Pump has a relief valve at like 1,460psi. The solution discussed reduces flow, but I don't know how that would reduce pressure in the steering box. I'm just a bit confused...
Have you looked at doing a fuel module over the inline pump? Throwing a mid-2000s GM fuel module in the gas tank gives a lot of peace of mind. I know some folks don't mind carrying a few spares, but its never fun to swap out a pump when it's 100 degrees.
Let me add. Epic vehicle. It's easy to...
