Yes I have checked the the rod and nut for correct adjustment. Clutch engages fine. The longer clutch is depressed the sooner it engages when I let it out. Weird....

Hi guys I just started having a strange issue with my clutch. It seems the longer I keep clutch depressed the shorter the travel out to engage gears. I tested this out a few times and same result. Also I depressed clutch and held for say 30-45 seconds and had to stall it to get out of gear...

Here is what I did. 1. Apply epoxy primer over clean bare metal. (Media blasted) 2. Apply filler where needed within the working window of the epoxy you use. You can also shoot a primer surfacer over the epoxy also. You should plan this step out carefully or you will have to abrade surface...

Took my Niece’s kids for a ride to the park after I installed bestop fold and tumble rear seat. Later in the evening took my wife to El Guappos for a margarita and some street tacos. So nice driving Elsie again!

I had the same problem with my horns. Could get them to work hooked straight to the battery but not hooked thru wiring harness. A few things I had to mess with to get them dialed in was. Check that the steering wheel contacts are grounded through the rag joint. Also I had to adjust the center...

Had some time to tinker on some loose ends. Made a new windshield pass through grommet out of spare parts. And also did some work on the stereo. That post is in “Retro Sound Stereo Install.”

I decided to buy the USB port extension from retro sound and installed it today. I didn’t want to drill any holes so I decided to see if it would fit in the cigarette lighter hole. The cigarette lighter really serves no purpose for me. Low and behold it fit perfectly with no modifications!!!!

Finally had a chance to finish up the restoration of my steering wheel.
