Originally bought new in Colorado and then to New York — three owners.

Went to a Father’s Day car show in Cape Cod, MA - 400 + mile round trip. Didn’t win a trophy, but talked to a lot of people who owned FJ40s at one point and for many the truck the learned to drive with. They all jumped at the chance to sit in the FJ40 and remember their early days. Great fun!

Going to try an upgrade of the bulbs in the Toyota headlight—may just do one side to see the difference.

Question— did you have to enlarge the opening in the headlight housing to fit the wiring harness through — my truck is a 67Fj40

A drive a night might prove the lights to be an enhancement— curious what you find as I have a set ready to install.

Here is a picture of how I did the carb linkage. I did have to shorten it - cut and reweld to make it fit.
