Installed the Trailteq kit today. Literally 5 minutes. Needle nose pliers to pull a fuse out, and a 10mm to remove a ground screw. Did it in my driveway and didn't even break a sweat. Range seems to be really good and now I can leave my keys in it and carry the remote to lock and unlock...

Mine was delivered today, I'll check back in soon with install!

I'm going this route because I cannot get mine to enter programming mode to save my life to make the original keyless entry work.

It's so satisfying.

TAKE MY MONEY!!! Man this is awesome. I havent been able to get my LX470 into programming mode for my keyless entry and it's driving me crazy. Definitely ordering a kit now! Silly question, it will work with Lexus LX470 right?

Honestly not bad at all. A little climbing around on the tires and stuff but yesterday was my first time and now I think I could set up or pack up in 10-15 minutes.
