When I purchased bumpers and a roof rack it took about six months. I emailed multiple times for status updates and every time was told they were at powdercoat and would ship the next week. It was never true.
Ordered a swing out carrier more recently and it took 4 months.
Looks like they have...
Fantastic work, will follow your progress with interest. I'm content with everything on my 100 series other than the stereo/nav/climate controls. Actually tossed the factory DVD unit and amp in the trash within a couple weeks of buying mine.
I'm in Phoenix and happy to offer mine up for any...
Mine did a similar thing last weekend. I switched keys and it started right up.
Both of my keys are aftermarket replacements. Thinking maybe the chip in one of them failed.
Yours tries to start just that little bit though. Mine wasn't doing that.
So I know this is a 20 year old thread... but it helped me hook up my brake controller today so thank you.
But then you can't paint the "knee brace" metal.
I just picked up the Coverados for $20 at Nellis (Amazon return auction site). Really happy with them.

Unless you really need the high clearance of the integrated bumper receiver, the Curt bolt on hitch is probably the best option for most. Adds a little more tow capacity (6500 vs 5000lbs) and avoids these issues.
Funny my bike rack fits, because it's more like 1.5" and then expands out to tighten when you put the threaded hitch pin through. However it had to go in so far to reach the pin hole I had to ditch my spare tire to use it.
I agree it's a good sturdy low profile towing setup. Just so odd that...
Reviving this old thread because I just ran into this. I have the bumper integrated towing setup and none of my ball mounts fit. Even ball mounts sold in the US as "2 inch / 50 mm" are actually 50.8. Hard to imagine that 0.8mm makes a difference but they don't fit in mine. I have a couple of the...
