Look from auto body shops, they usually can weld plastic.

BJ40 got a temporary paint on it until i get all the body work done to it.(that might take a while or two!) After that i plan to paint it back to it´s original rustic green color. It´s way easier and cheaper to keep the BJ in one color when i can just use spray can to paint after welding etc...

I got another tarp and cut it smaller to make it look a bit better. I allso sew those straps on the tarp so they are a bit easier to attach when putting the tarp on. It doesnt give as good cover from the rain as the bigger one, but i can use that big one when i park the BJ and know its going to...

If the tank is PE-HD plastic, it could be plastic welded. That should last as long as your tank when done correct! Any plastic welder could do it. You could even do it your self if you practise a little first. I have welded a small extra fuel tank for my motorbike. I got one of those plastic...

If the cooler pipe was not plugged it will need careful cleaning before hooking it back up! You dont want any of that sand and other stuff that might be in there in your bearings etc. where the oil is going!

Not sure if Hj47 has the same cluster as BJ40? But in BJ40 theres two lights for the cluster that are on when the light are on and the other two are for the turnsignal indicator.

Let us know how those springs work when you get them back on your truck. I could definately use more movement in my BJ40.s springs!

Adjusted the left side front wheel bearing. Boy was those cone washers stuck! Took me two attempts and around three hours. Now i need to do the same on the other side :crybaby: Other than that, i´ve just been enjoying driving topless in sunshine :steer:
