Easy Saturday project.
There's a dozen ways to do this and I am sure some are more ideal than others but I went with the steps that I knew I would actually complete.
Taking one wheel/tire combo as the example - clean tire and wheel very well with soapy water. I sprayed on a little Simple Green...
I have a set of these parts and I am one of the people who sent another set to someone else because we installed 24 gallon aux tanks in two LC200's.
I'm in MS. Let me open that plastic storage tub and make sure everything is there that you are needing and I will post a pic of the sorted pile...
No affiliation: A&A Glass in Meridian has done several LC200 and LX570 windshields in the past year because I have head from several friends that have used them. All have been satisfied. My LC200 is due for one but trying to hold off until I knock out another couple of long trips at the end of...
Great minds think alike....same Avery trim wrap and wheel color. I didn't sand the wheels at all and it has held up well for a couple of years (she's a pavement princess). I think I could 'peel' back to original with a pressure washer if desired. I bought a set of HE center-caps not realizing...
They set the ECT button to provide an alternate tune, +1 from what you elect to set as the base tune. We have Spicy as base and Super Spicy as ECT.
I ran a Pedal Commander prior to the tune and to me, Spicy closely matches Sport, +2 and Super Spicy closely matches Sport+, +2.
No suspension issues or changes on my trucks.
We considered the 12.5 (able to keep spare underneath) and 40 gallon (bigger always better, right? could always just half fill...) options but the wait would have been several months so I went with what was available and have been pleased. No...
Immediately make arrangements to add a 24 gallon LRA aux tank. Or go to the 40 gallon. I chose 24 since that's what was in stock in the states when I was ready for it. Would have taken 40 had that been the case. Game changer when you have 2X+ the fuel capacity/range. Move spare inside if it's...
No idea on clunk but if you disconnect the battery, make sure to have steering wheel straight or it may recalibrate itself off center when battery is reconnected.
(Info from another thread I have been reading since I have that issue/annoyance)
If it is an approx 17,000 mile truck (per Carfax), I think that's a very good deal. But the ad that comes up at the link you originally provided states it is a 37,000 mile truck. Even there, I'd buy it if local enough to avoid shipping.
Long shot - I'm not a radio guy so I hear every noise any vehicle produces. I have two 200's and had the windows on both tinted. Proper installation of the tint required popping off the small plastic triangle in the front corner of the driver/passenger windows at the A-pillar. I think that...
