thanks for the updates, what do you think about the two screens for the infotainment or 4wd function display thing? It seems a bit too much, do you like it?
Definitely a GX460, that thing is built like a tank. My wife just got a 2022 GX460, the build quality being made in japan is evident. I'm comparing it to her RX350 and its night and day difference in build quality, only thing we miss is the MPG's but its not that bad.
Keep the landcruiser, dont get into more debt. I love driving my paid off tundra as much as the new one is cool, having money coming to my account to enjoy life with is much better
I like the new tundra, that iforce max is pushing out awesome torque numbers. The tundra finally has a locking rear diff and crawl control, I wonder if the crawl control is updated like the LC300 which has a much quieter crawl system.
I know its an unpopular opinion but half if not most of that stuff is not needed for off-roading or overloading, but then again it all depends on what you plan to do. Take the vehicle out in its stock or current form and go from there, I would start there.
I test drove a 2021 brand new LX570 while my wife's RX was being serviced and man I know what I want in the future. The ride quality is way better than her RX, the build quality is amazing and it is so quiet in that cab I can't sneak a fart out when I have guests riding. It really does feel like...
@bloc looks like you have shock skids or guards, did those come with your kings or you ordered them separate? if separate where did you get them? I need some for my tundra, I have the universal shock boots that cover the whole shaft but I worry about rust cuz they trap moisture, badass LC by the...
@TeCKis300 yea I like watching his videos, that one was terrible for jeeps so many breakdowns but I guess that's part of owning a jeep and some people like that. I envy the solid axles, full lockers and great ground clearance but I would rather have something that will get me there and back in...
This is what happens every time someone says "its, a Toyota, it will never have problems". Someone somewhere suffers the consequences of always saying that. But I do agree to let the dealer diagnose it first before you apply your own remedy.
@stonepa dont worry I’m not doing it, even though our only debt is my wife’s car we can afford an LX or LC if we trade my wife’s RX. But I know it’s financially responsible to wait, I would have done it already if I wasn’t as wise as I am now. But we’re happy with what we have and we make what...
