I did check with Roger a while back on the horn buttons but he said there was no eta on new ones. It's D40 as cppilot mentioned earlier. Here are a couple of pictures to settle the debate. If I am reading the date code right, it should be a Dec 15, 1964?

Unfortunately, the horn button got damaged so I am on the hunt for a new one. The bed that was original to the 45 had a few rust spots, so my uncle was able to find another in great shape.

After cleaning up my drive shafts I noticed they are stamped with matching dots to keep it lined up properly. Does Toyota still do this and I have never noticed or maybe I just haven't cleaned them enough.
