Cooper, Erik C., and I made a run to Lincoln, NE yesterday to pick-up a '78 40 project truck. Plans will be to keep it pretty much stock, shy of possibly power steering and aftermarket bumpers.

Anyone good at puzzles?

Congratulations on the 1000 piece puzzle.

Wait there's something missing. whats going to power this thing?

Cooper power!
The rolling chassis had an engine. He's not allowed to do anything with it till Shannon's got her bathroom done.

Speaking of, how is your bathroom coming? You got a hole dug yet?

actually! funny you should ask.. As I was getting ready to hit the garage door frame with the HVLP gun last night the buddies knocked on the garage door.. Long story short.. All the beer Kirk sent is gone, I didn't get the garage door frame painted, recycle bin is full, but Sage is going to come over sat while Jenn's riding and we're cutting and installing his ebrake cable etc.. Weekend off for me, first one in i really can't remember. Jenn gets her horse time, I can make noise. Might even have a gas powered concrete saw making an appearance. I"m hoping to need your assistance after the ashers gig.

Back to Chris's project.. You find your leatherman while unloading that thing? Or did you get it unloaded yet?

Chris, what did "Dave" say?? :p:p

Uh.. I said Ok for the price.. and given how many names i was calling him while we were loading it he did pretty darn good!

Dave said "ok", especially for $500.
I'd say Dave would be proud!! Especially at that price!!

So what barganing technique did you use with Shannon?
Did you agree to finish that project you started at home, or take her on a lavish vacation??
