I just got back from my Toyota dealer after inquiring about a replacement windshield. Glass is Part 56111-90353 List price is $642.75. They list two gaskets for the windshield even though I only have one on my original glass.
56121-90353 and 56121-90357 List is 54.42 each but they are not available. Only the glass is available.

I shopped the Safelite Web site and got a quote of 696.99 for a new windshield installed. It is looking like I may try to have the 4 bullseyes on my current windshield repaired.

Are Toyota and Sefelite the only sources still available? I am interested to hear what people have found and paid locally.

SOR for 618.00 but you have to arrainge shipping, they wont ship, try Ironpig

$700 from Safelite is probably the OEM replacement. I got one from them a few years back that is an aftermarket deal. Cost around $300 iirc

I called up the closest Toyota dealership last Feb. and was told there were still a handful at a Toyota parts warehouse/ dealership in California. Ordered one - cost me $315.00 CAN. shipped to B.C..... Cruiserparts was also an option awhile back @ $199 new. My stock windshield is split top to bottom, but currently still hanging by a few threads:D
Good luck

have you tried just calling a local windshield guy? mine had no problem getting the glass, total bill installed was $150.

Now that I like. Usually I am a slave to OEM (case dependant)...not for glass though. It is a good reminder to check the obvious first. Way less cost.

$185 from the local Toyota dealer last October, rubber was aftermarket ($50), install was $96...

Picked mine up from the dealer. PN: 5611190353. List price was 186.05 but I paid 150.01 with my TLCA discount.

The current published list price for the 56111-90353 is $618.03

Damn, I knew I should have bought another one:frown:

Howdy! NO, NO, NO! Don't you have glass coverage on your auto insurance? If'n ya don't, ya should! I don't know how that would work on my PIggy, so I'm going to call my agent. John

Just a few months ago I purchased mine from Toyota at about $190, gasket was aftermarket at $50. I had a friend that owns a "local" glass shop give me a qoute B4 and it was over $500 HIS cost??? Anyway, I think I'm gonna buy a spare after reading this!

Thanks Bob.

FYI, the system kicked out similar number for me ($260) installed. I called to place order and the price was higher as they had to locate and then ship the windshield.

Be prepared...
