I'm in, but I'll have to see what the :princess: work schedule looks like.

Very interested. Not sure my crazy schedule will allow it but I will be there if I can.

A weekday :P
I'll see if I can pull it off. Either day would work.

I'm in. This trip last year is what got me hooked on wheelin'. I also developed tire envy as I was on 33's and everyone else was 35's and up. 3 weeks later I was on 37's!

A Saturday is also a possibility, but with all the holiday stuff going on, the weekends get pretty busy.

Man, I would love to go again, just did carrizo gorge overlook last weekend but cut out on the elliot mine half of the run. I had my 81 year old dad with me and he was getting a bit tired and cold. The overlook trail had not had much travel lately and was a bit overgrown from what I remember from 3 years earlier. There was also alot of border patrol action going on in the area, smuggling must be getting worse.

The (switch back area) harder cut off bypass seemed much worse that I remember. No one in our group went up it by most went down it. The last switch back down to the mine was really overgrown and did not have much travel at all. I guess no one wants to do 3-4 point on a cliff anymore.

I now have significantly more pin stripes from this trail, but the overlook view is worth the trip. Sorry no pictures, I forgot my camera. I would suggest that you hit up Janets in Alpine for breakfast

Are we still planning for the week of the 12th? The woman is filling up my calendar quickly. Can we nail down a date?

Leaning towards Friday Dec 16.

Does that work for most people?

This is just two weeks away. If you are interested and the 16th works for you, let me know.

Updated first post with details

I would like to join the group. Need to see if I can schedule a day off for this.

:frown:
Can't make it. I won't be able to get Friday off.

Sorry to hear that. I was looking forward to you going. Maybe next time. Have a Merry Christmas!

Yeah, I am bummed. But it is a tight time of year $$$.
I've missed so many runs . . . anyway, yes! Hopefully next time.

Anyone else interested?

Can't make this one.

I was trying to make it but too much work to get the day off. Have fun and take some pictures.
