OK, enough teasing. Been in the works for some time. This makes my third "Home Grown" forced induction project.

You can pretty much turbo anything. You just have to find/make room in the engine compartment.

Update! I nixed the FMU for an additional injector controller and added a wideband O2 sensor with Datalogger.

Just took it out last night for a shakedown run. Runs just like it did before with a LOT better throttle response! I've got a really light spring in the wastegate right now. I'll swap in a 6psi spring in a couple of days.

You increase the pressure to the injectors and that gives you more fuel for the added air? How much can the stock setup richen the mixture?

Don't know what the stock setup is capable of, but I wouldn't trust it on a forced induction setup.

So your ECU does not control the mixture anymore? It is done manually?

It still controls it until the engine transitions into boost. After that the ECU only sees WOT.

Hard to say, the odds and ends really add up. $800-$1000 probably, and a whole lot of fabbing.
