MARLIN HD Pinion Seals!

i'm sure by now you've all seen the marlin HD inner axle seals. well, we had our anual swap meet this saturday. marlin graced us with his presence again and brought his newest creation; HD pinion seals.

they'll work on minis,40s, 45s, 55s, 60s, 62s and some 80 series applications as well as for the front output for the one-piece cruiser case.

better seal @ cast housing
more ability to deal with deflection
BEEFY!!!!!!

i got 20 of them to try out, installing a pair in two fj40 diffs for an SOA, front and rear ARB air locker conversion right now.

Look under my rig tomorrow and see if they are leaking. If they are, install them in your free time.

They should not be leaking since it has new 4:88's and lockers, but just in case.

And I just replaced a rear Pinion seal in the wifes 80 with a factory one.....


Guess I need a couple for the parts kit

marlin asked me if i needed some for the shop and i said "sure". so he handed me a roll of ten. i looked at it and asked him to give me a double!

i'll call him to find out how much they are selling for; did'nt get my bill yet. marlin has them in stock as well. so you can either buy them from him or from me.

Those axles that I brought down to you Georg have them in them already......definately a difference from the stock ones

yup, saw that. no sign of leakage. i've got em all torn apart for front and rear air lockers.....
