After getting some great ideas from IH8MUD, I decided to put together a drawer system. I want to thank Zane for his excellent example - I borrowed heavily from his system.

The Accurides are really pricey. Rockler has a product called "Topslide", 34" rated at 220 pounds for $69.99 for the pair. By the way, you really need to make your drawer the exact width required by the slide. The tolerances are very close.Checking out the Rockler Woodworking web site, I'm liking the looks of the Accuride Heavy Duty Full-Extension Slides (Series 9301). They are of course the most expensive, but can carry some serious weight (upwards of 500lbs).

Yes, I used the Topslide. I think that they are more than adequate and less than half the price of Accuride.I did see the Topslide rails rated at 220lbs. That would probably be sufficient, are those the ones you used?
Thanks for the tips on the drawers!

I have the drawers loaded with fishing tackle and some recovery equipment. They work flawlessly. I have no doubt that the Accuride product is better, but probably not necessary unless you are using your drawers for very heavy equipment.Have you filled up your drawers with a significant weight yet? How was the open and close action?
I like this to a low quality vs. high quality tool cabinet. The cheap ones (Craftsman, etc) when you load up the drawers with tools they do not slide easily. Then you try the high quality tool cabinet (MAC, Snap-On, etc) and you can't tell the difference whether or not the drawer is full or empty when opening it. The latter is the experience I want with my 100 drawer system.
While on the topic of drawers, does anyone have a source for cool heavy duty latch/locks for the drawers? I've seen some cool ones on aftermarket drawers that have a pull handle that doubles as the unlatch for the drawer to open. A lock is a bonus, but not a deal breaker.
Nice drawers! What is everyone doing about a slide lock? ... It sucks to be nose down and trying to hold the drawer open while you get what you need out of the drawer.
for nose down I drilled a 10mm hole into the top of one of the drawer sides towards the back and drop a pin into that hole to make a stop:
