I've only had a chance to drive it around the cul-de-sac by my house. Need to test it on dirt.
No extra spacers needed. There was very little clearance between the end caps (?) And the pinion. The final spacing was dead in the middle of the tolerance.
Pretty sure I've got the 2mm thrust washers.
I am finally ready to do my first gear oil change since the install of my Aussie. There is a minimally perceptible clunk in the driveline now when I let off the gas. Otherwise, it is invisible on pavement.
