There this weird noise coming from what I believe to be the PAIR main thingy, it happens whenever I quickly release the throttle. I can hear it from inside the cab with the windows down as well. Any help is appreciated.

Also the engine gets really rough around 1.5k but not anywhere else. That's what the second video is for.

I do have oil pressure. Keep in mind it is straight piped. It has sounded like this for a while but nobody really helped me out on my last thread. It has sounded like this since a did a body lift.

Does it sound like an oil pressure problem? Is it normal for the PAIR system to make that noise?

Yes, it is normal for the PAIR valve to make the noise. There are reed valves within that flutter.
