Viscous fan tensioner pulley bearing (1 Viewer)

Hi all

Car tensioner bearing ceased today and am trying to locate the bearing size so I can order online ASAP

can anyone please tel me the size bearing?

Ordered the tensioner pulley unit but takes 7 days and I don’t have that much time to wait unfortunately

On a positive note was able to repair road side for a temporary fix which was very impressed by! Beats the old landy!

Just checked and yes, it is 6203. When pressing this bearing out from your old pulley, make sure you support the pulley's perimeter right next to the outer bearing race else the pulley will bend.

Hi thank you found a local supplier with this bearing! I don’t understand what you mean about the bending?

The pulley is sheet metal. So if you don’t have it supported it can distort.
