Hello can anyone help me a this, I redid my injectors on a 96 4Runner 3.4 and when I put plenums and all hoses on I saw this port on the back of the bottom plenum there was no hose and all hoses appear hooked up. I will attach pic of port and port location. It has vacuum suction when engine is running but if I put my finger on it the CEL comes in w a too rich code. I'm stumped
